ACUFEX◊ TRUNAV is a retrograde drill designed for precise and controlled drilling in cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee. Its unique cannulated design allows for guided antegrade and retrograde reaming via a guide wire, ensuring high precision in tunnel placement.

Technical features

Cannulated design: Uses 2.4 mm guide wire to allow precise tunnel design and placement and minimise bone removal during initial tunnel placement.

Retractable blades: They allow precise drilling from 5.5 mm to 12 mm diameter in 0.5 mm increments, allowing adaptation to different surgical needs.

Accuracy: The cannulated design allows for precise tunnel placement using 2.4 mm guide wire and the PINPOINT Pivoting Guide System, ensuring a high degree of accuracy in ACL/PCL reconstruction.

Control: The system allows reliable and controlled drilling in both the antegrade and retrograde processes, reducing the risk of errors and improving the results of the intervention.
