Distal Femoral Locking System (DFL)
The Distal Femoral Locking System provides a medical treatment for joint fractures. The optional minimally invasive technique provides a gentle alternative to treatment, supporting faster healing and less post-operative stress. Close to the joint, the system offers the option of working with or without the target system.
A special feature of this system is the optional choice of hole configuration, which allows the selection of locking or non-locking screws for each hole (except compression and elongated). With a choice of +/- 15° angle, the system offers particular versatility, especially for complex fractures.
Distal Femoral Locking System (DFL)
- Multi-directional locking
- Design of the anatomical panel
- Radiopaque handle and drill bits close to the joint
- Extraction attachment for easy repositioning
- Left/right version
- Plate lengths: 4, 6, 8, 10 holes
Panel technology. ONE technology for all implants. All ITS. plates are made of Grade 2 titanium, while the screws are made of a harder titanium alloy. This allows the plates to have only threadless holes, all of which (with the exception of the elongated holes) accept both non-locking and locking screws.
