Durafiber Ag wound dressing indicated as an absorbent, antimicrobial, gelling dressing for the care of deep or superficial acute and chronic wounds or superficial granulating wounds with secretions.

Examples include: leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, trauma, surgical debridement sites, superficial burns, wounds with tunnels and fistulas, wounds with healing after secondary intention and wounds prone to bleeding such as wounds that have been surgically or mechanically cleansed. Designed to stay in place for up to 7 days. Can be used on infected wounds. Where the product is used on an infected wound, the infection should be treated according to local protocol.
