FAST-FIX◊ 360 Meniscal Repair System

The FAST-FIX 360 system is designed to be easy and quick to use, allowing reliable and reproducible meniscus repair. Its 360-degree design allows implants to be triggered in any position of the arm, either vertically or horizontally, on either side of the meniscus, providing better control during the procedure. The system is available with a straight, curved or reverse curved needle and includes an adjustable depth stop to reduce exposure of the capsule needle. The solid needle allows better control during implant release.

The FAST-FIX FLEX system allows access to all zones of the meniscus, including those that were previously difficult to reach. Its unique design with a flexible needle and shaft allows surgeons to reach the mid-section and anterior zones of the meniscus through a standard anterior portal. This intra-articular approach can eliminate the need for additional incisions, reduce the risk of neurovascular injury and improve the efficiency of the procedure, which can reduce operating time. The system features one of the smallest needles in the intra-occlusal device category and smooth, low-profile anchoring elements, which reduces the needle insertion area by 25% and provides a more than 20% stronger repair compared to the previous generation FAST-FIX 360 system.
