FOOTPRINT◊ ULTRA PK Suture Anchor is an innovatively designed anchor system from Smith+Nephew for arthroscopic rotator cuff reconstruction. Its unique design allows for adjustable suture tension in the lateral row, minimising suture slippage and limiting gaps and displacements in rotator cuff repair.
Technical features
Self-locking, sliding anchor system without knots: The anchor allows secure fixation without the need to tie knots in the tissue, creating a low-profile reconstruction without knot accumulation.
Flexible tension in the lateral row: Allows precise adjustment of suture tension after insertion, reducing suture slippage and limiting gaps and displacement during rotator cuff repair.
Available in two sizes: 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm, allowing flexibility according to the specific requirements of the procedure.
Use in the lateral row in double row techniques with seam bridging: The anchor is designed for use in the lateral row in double-row techniques with suture bridging, allowing optimal coverage and rotator cuff fitting.
