Tube Locking System (TLS)

The tubular locking plate system has proven its value in the osteosynthesis of various diaphyseal and metaphyseal fractures.

A special feature of this system is the optional choice of hole configuration, which allows the selection of locking or non-locking screws for each hole (except compression and elongated). With a choice of +/- 15° angle, the system offers particular versatility, especially for complex fractures.

General

  • Anatomically shaped
  • K-Wire holes for temporary fixing of the panel
  • 2 plate variants: diaphyseal and distal (multiple fixation points in the distal area)
  • Axial recesses on the back of the plate for a precise fit to the bone
  • Tapered flat ends for smooth insertion under soft tissue
  • Free choice of disc position (lateral, dorsal, ventral)

Distal tubular locking plate

  • Plate lengths distally: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 holes
  • Plate distal hardness: 2.0 mm (Schaft), 1.5 mm (distal)

Universal tube lock plate

  • Universal panel lengths: 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 holes
  • Universal panel strength: 2.0 mm

Panel technology. ONE technology for all implants. All ITS. plates are made of Grade 2 titanium, while the screws are made of a harder titanium alloy. This allows the plates to have only threadless holes, all of which (with the exception of the elongated holes) accept both non-locking and locking screws.
