Twist-off screws (TOS)
Twist-off screws provide precision and efficiency in trauma surgery, allowing fast and stable fixation, e.g. in fracture treatment and corrective osteotomies.
These self-tapping and self-drilling full-thread screws are available in two different diameters (2.0 mm and 2.7 mm) and different lengths.
ITS The twist-locking screws are securely attached to the power tool (screwdriver with pin/wire) and the new, improved cut-off geometry allows a smooth break between the shaft and the screw when the head of the screw engages the bone cortex.
Turn-On-Screws (TOS)
- Self-drilling and self-cutting
- Fast and stable fixation
- Inserting the screw directly into the power tool with a wire adaptor
- Special shearing geometry allows a smooth break between shaft and bolt at specific torque
Instrument
Philips Inverter Screwdriver
Inverted-Phillips-Screwdriver for the final insertion of the turnbuckle.
The pointed clamping edges facilitate the retention of the screw head as well as the entire explantation.
Panel technology. ONE technology for all implants. All ITS. plates are made of Grade 2 titanium, while the screws are made of a harder titanium alloy. This allows the plates to have only threadless holes, all of which (with the exception of the elongated holes) accept both non-locking and locking screws.
