ULTRABUTTON is a flexible fixation device from Smith+Nephew designed for the secure fixation of grafts in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and other ligament reconstruction. This device allows the surgeon to adjust the length of the sling, ensuring accurate and secure fixation of the graft.

Indications: ULTRABUTTON is intended for soft tissue fixation to bone. The QUAD, BB and TIB versions of ULTRABUTTON are intended for soft tissue-to-bone fixation or bone-to-bone fixation in the reconstruction or repair of torn ligaments such as the ACL, PCL, MCL and LCL.

Application: The device is suitable for use with a variety of ACL reconstruction techniques, including UltraTRAC, UltraSTAR and UltraSURE techniques.
